EZENGRAVER CUSTOM WEBSITE SETUP
Midwest Engraving offers an online paver ordering website for customers who are interested.
EZEngraver is an e-commerce website used to sell your pavers for your fundraiser. It allows the brick purchaser to see a mock-up of their paver before purchasing. The website is very easy to navigate and is great because it allows your customer to pay by credit card.
See the example to the left, of one of our customers websites. The home page offers some photos of your project, your logo and organization colors. There is space for information about your project, additional photos and a FAQ section if interested. The order page displays the paver inscriptions before you checkout. All orders are secure and saved on the administration page of your website. This makes it easier for your project manager to keep track of orders or make edits before submission to Midwest. The administration panel is included with your EZEngraver setup. We provide a document to navigate the administration panel.

The process of getting started is simple: download our setup document and send to us with your logo, project photos and any information you want to have on your website. In the mean time, sign up on stripe.com and create an account. Once we receive your setup guide, we will start building your custom site! This process is relatively quick and your website will be live soon. Emily will be in contact once setup is complete. Looking forward to helping you increase your profits for your fundraiser.

HOW TO SET UP STRIPE - CREDIT CARD PROCESSING
When using EZEngraver website, we process credit cards securely using a website called Stripe. Please visit their website and sign up for an account. Once you have completed your activation you will need to provide the following LIVE keys to Midwest so we can finish up your EZEngraver setup.
Stripe basically works as the middleman between you and the credit card companies (MasterCard, Amex, Visa, etc). Taking the customers card information and will processing a charge with the card issuer on your behalf. Stripe does charge a small fee per transaction for this service, 2.9% + .30¢ to be exact. All monies are handled under your organization banking account.
How do we get that money? Stripe requires a bank account linked to your stripe account and will deposit the funds directly to that account.
How often? Once you’re set up, payouts arrive in your bank account on a 2-day rolling basis. Or you can opt to receive payouts weekly or monthly (Source: https://stripe.com/pricing#faqs).
How do we then pay for what we get? Once the funds have been deposited to your account you can then use them to pay for the bricks the customer's ordered.
When do we pay? The Stripe fees will already be taken from the time of the purchase, so anything that gets deposited to your account will be for the fundraiser.
